    You have the option to customize your calorie levels, or let our expert nutrition team select the appropriate levels based on your needs.

    Note: Calorie levels are based on 3 meals per day and two 100-150 calorie snacks or one 200-300 16 oz. smoothie. Breakfasts are approximately 25% of total calories and lunches and dinners are approximately 30% – 35%.  We’ll adjust your meal plan to fit into your total calories and macros selected. You may increase total calories by adding additional meals or snacks.
