Premium Plan

This plan is completely personalized to your food preferences and health requirements. Our meal plans are based on individual energy needs, body composition and weight goals, and supplemental health issues. You can receive any combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner – the Premium Plan includes snacks, soup/salad and dessert.

Premium clients may be able to opt into our Menu Select program, allowing a preview of the upcoming menus that have been specially designed for them. Clients may lock in these menu choices (our recommendation), or choose an entree from a filtered list of alternatives. Ask us for details about your individual needs.
